Chef Ram has a dedicated 24 years (and counting) of experience. Picking up the knife to enter the world of culinary, Ram dedicated his time honing the skills to serve the palate of his customers.
Chef Ram has worked in many culinary settings, including hotels, fine dining restaurants, cruise ships, small cafes and bistros. He has worked in these environments to hone his skills further.
He learnt many cuisines in his 24 years and that has led him to understand the culture of many cuisines. He then explored the new world of fusion between cuisines.
With that, Chimichurri was BORN! Mixing the cuisines to create beautiful harmony of culture and food.
Tandoori Trail, Norwegian Salmon, Moroccan Prawns – the fusion between the cultures and spices has many customers wanting more.
