Picking up the knife to enter the world of culinary, Chef Ram has dedicated 24 years (and counting) honing his skills to serve the palates of his customers.
Chef Ram has worked in diverse culinary settings, including hotels, fine dining restaurants, cruise ships, small cafes and bistros,serving up many cuisines and understanding the cultures and cuisines of the world. This exposure led him to explore the new world of fusion cuisine grew.
With that, Chimichurri was born! Mixing cuisines to create beautiful harmonies of culture and food – Tandoori Trail, Norwegian Salmon, Moroccan Prawns – the unique melting pot of cultures and spices has many customers wanting more.
Chef Ram continues to dedicate his time to experiment and master new, tasty and wholesome offerings for his customers.
